How to fit herbs and food supplements into your day
Herbs bring the most joy as a quiet everyday habit. A few drops of tincture in a glass of water in the morning, a mug of tea in the afternoon, a spoonful of oil on a salad in the evening. Take food supplements regularly according to the dosage on the packaging and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Tincture, capsules or liposomal form?
A tincture is an extract of herbs in alcohol, which is easy to dose by the drop. You will appreciate capsules when travelling and wherever the taste of a herb does not suit you. Liposomal vitamins are liquid food supplements in which the active substances are enclosed in tiny spheres of sunflower lecithin. It is enough to add one dose to a glass of water.
Herbs in autumn and winter
In the colder months, treat yourself to warm drinks. Chaga tea with ginger and rosehip warms your hands and the whole home, and Winter Ivan tea with cinnamon, ginger and cloves smells like festive baking. Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. All three are combined in the Liposomal Immunity Trio.
Herbal creams for the body
After a long day, a slow massage is welcome. Creams and balms with comfrey, bee venom or snake venom are among the traditional ingredients of folk massage care and give strained joints and muscles a pleasant feeling of relaxation.
