How to take tinctures for men
The recommended dose of small-flowered willowherb and of the Prostate blend is 20 drops three times a day on an empty stomach, taken with 200 ml of water. Willowherb can also be taken with tea. Shake the bottle before use and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A tincture is an extract of herbs in water and alcohol (35% vol.), so just a few drops are enough.
Small-flowered willowherb or the Prostate blend
If you like simplicity, choose a single-herb tincture – small-flowered willowherb. The Prostate blend adds common goldenrod, common heather and stinging nettle root, herbs that are traditionally used for the comfort of the urinary tract. You will find both tinctures among the blended tinctures as well.
Wellbeing for men in winter too
In the colder months, think of warmth and plenty of fluids during the day. Warm clothing, time outdoors in the fresh air and a cup of herbal tea are simple habits that do the body good.
When to talk to a doctor
Tinctures do not replace medical care. If something has been bothering you for a long time, talk to your doctor and do not forget regular preventive check-ups. Tinctures contain alcohol. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet, and if you are taking medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
